Exchanges

We’ll cover the return postage cost for the items you’re returning, as well as the shipping costs for sending the exchanged items back to you. That’s our Love It Guarantee – we’ll do everything we can to get you the right fit!

Store Credit

If you’re unable to find the right replacement, we will gladly issue store credit for your returned items, and we’ll pay for the return postage.

Refunds

If you choose a refund, we’ll send you a prepaid returns postage label. The return postage cost of $9.50 will be deducted from your refund.

First order? We will happily cover the return postage cost!

Opting for an exchange or store credit? We’ll cover all return postage costs.

COMFY!

True to size, Fits well but the uppermost edge of the cups (scalloped edge of lace) could be 1 to 1.5 cm (at most) tighter. It's something that I could alter easily enough by tightening the upper two seams in the cups to fit me perfectly. As is this doesn't affect the overall fit of the bra for me, which is otherwise prefect, it still looks fine without making boobs a weird shape because the majority of the bra fits very well. Another person might not have this issue. It is a good bra.
