Relaxed Returns Within Australia
- 100 days to return items, giving you plenty of time to make sure you’re happy with your purchase.
- Free returns on your first order – because we want you to have a great shopping experience.
- Exchanges are completely free, with standard postage covered both ways for Australian customers. That’s our Love It Guarantee! You can exchange as many times as needed to get the perfect fit!
How it works:
- Keep tags on: Please keep the tags on your items until you’ve tried them on to ensure the fit is just right.
- Already removed the tags? Don’t worry! Contact us and we’re sure we can help.
- Book a Virtual Fitting: If the size isn’t right or the fit feels off, our experienced Bra Fitters can help you find your perfect size.

Please Note: We cannot accept returns on Final Sale or Clearance items, Briefs/Knickers, or Swimwear without a hygiene sticker, unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges
We’ll cover the return postage cost for the items you’re returning, as well as the shipping costs for sending the exchanged items back to you. That’s our Love It Guarantee – we’ll do everything we can to get you the right fit!
Store Credit
If you’re unable to find the right replacement, we will gladly issue store credit for your returned items, and we’ll pay for the return postage.
Refunds
If you choose a refund, we’ll send you a prepaid returns postage label. The return postage cost of $9.50 will be deducted from your refund. If this is your first order with us, then we will happily cover the return postage cost. Don’t worry – if you opt for an exchange or store credit, we’ll cover all return postage costs.
Important: If you’re returning an item for a refund, please keep in mind that the original postage costs (if any) are not refundable. However, for Australian customers choosing an exchange, we’ll cover the postage both ways, as many times as needed, until you get the garment you LOVE!

Returns from New Zealand and other countries (excluding USA)
Our relaxed returns policy still applies, however we are unable to offer free postage on exchanges. We recommend that you return your items to us with tracking as we are unable to process the return without the products. Please click here to start the returns process
