All UK orders over₤15 will attract UK VAT which needs to be paid by the purchaser to Her Majesty's Revenue & Customs before the goods will be delivered.

Please understand that we can not accept returns on Final Sale items, Briefs/Knickers, or Swimwear without hygiene sticker—unless faulty.
For refunds, we still provide you with a convenient returns label, and we deduct the label cost of $9.50 from your refund. The good news is, this postage cost is paid by us if you return for exchange or store credit.

When and how will you receive your refund?
After we receive the returned product, we will refund your original payment method within 1 business day of receiving the returned item. Please note, your bank may take 3-5 working days to show this refund on your statement.
*Please note, when returning something for a refund the original postage you paid, if any, will not be refunded. However, for Australian customers that choose an exchange we will pay for the postage both ways, as many times as you need, until you get the garment you LOVE!
I found this to be a small make. I have small shoulders and usually have adjustable bra straps on the tightest setting. I had this on the loosest setting and ended up with migraine and indentations in my skin after a couple of hours. The plus side is that my breasts are very well supported. I find this bra okay for a short walk or something similar but can't wear it all day.
