Exchanges

We’ll cover the return postage cost for the items you’re returning, as well as the shipping costs for sending the exchanged items back to you. That’s our Love It Guarantee – we’ll do everything we can to get you the right fit!

Store Credit

If you’re unable to find the right replacement, we will gladly issue store credit for your returned items, and we’ll pay for the return postage.

Refunds

If you choose a refund, we’ll send you a prepaid returns postage label. The return postage cost of $9.50 will be deducted from your refund.

First order? We will happily cover the return postage cost!

Opting for an exchange or store credit? We’ll cover all return postage costs.

Not right style or fit for me

Good, I was nervous about changing to no underwire after years of thinking a larger bust meant underwires forever. I am so comfortable in my new bra and will buy more no underwire styles in future.

too many emails and txt messages

Being able to try different styles was important to me. I found a style that suited because it had a short band that doesn’t curl up, it has some uplift though it is wire-free and it’s sturdy enough to wear to the gym. Thankyou to Curvy for enabling a quick return of the items that didn’t fit me well and a speedy delivery of others to try, enabling me to find the best for me.
