Exchanges
We’ll cover the return postage cost for the items you’re returning, as well as the shipping costs for sending the exchanged items back to you. That’s our Love It Guarantee – we’ll do everything we can to get you the right fit!
Store Credit
If you’re unable to find the right replacement, we will gladly issue store credit for your returned items, and we’ll pay for the return postage.
Refunds
If you choose a refund, we’ll send you a prepaid returns postage label. The return postage cost of $9.50 will be deducted from your refund.

Our relaxed returns policy still applies; however, we are unable to offer free postage on exchanges. We recommend that you return your items to us with tracking as we are unable to process the return without the products.
I purchase two but wouldn’t buy this style again. It’s a pretty bra but the lace is too soft and stretchy which doesn’t provide much support for bigger busted women. Also the straps really dig into your shoulders.
