Shop with confidence knowing that if you purchase something and its not right for you, we'll happily accept it back and you don't need to pay for return postage (for orders within Australia). How to return or exchange (Customers within Australia):
Email customercare@curvy.com.au and we will email you with instructions on how to return the parcel to us, free of charge. Please quote your order number. (Tip, you can reply to your order confirmation email as this will have all your order details in it).
Package your item up and print the label and attach. Please include a note indicating the reason for return and what you would like to exchange for or if you would prefer a refund. (Tip, you can use the existing packaging the item came in, simply reseal with tape and remove or cover any mailing labels)

When and how will you receive your refund?
After we recieve the returned product, we will refund your original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note, your bank may take 3-5 working days to show this refund on your statement.
