The band does have a double layer of fabric which can feel firmer at first, this will soften and is great for a smooth look under clothes
The width of the wire in the cup is narrow, if you have breast tissue at the side under the arm this style is not the top choice for you

Fusion’s top cup has a deep, flat elasticated trim for ease of fit at the neckline. A modern soft-handle striped jacquard fabric across the cup and cradle is accentuated with a delicate gold trim at centre front.
