We’ve elevated the collection by changing the matt elastic finishes to new sleek satin, and changing the centre front ring to an interlocking diamond shaped metal connector. We designed a new brief and thong too, using the satiny elastics to create decorative criss-cross detailing.

For refunds, we still provide you with a convenient returns label, and we deduct the label cost of $9.50 from your refund. The good news is, this postage cost is paid by us if you return for exchange or store credit.

When and how will you receive your refund?

After we receive the returned product, we will refund your original payment method within 1 business day of receiving the returned item. Please note, your bank may take 3-5 working days to show this refund on your statement.

*Please note, when returning something for a refund the original postage you paid, if any, will not be refunded. However, for Australian customers that choose an exchange we will pay for the postage both ways, as many times as you need, until you get the garment you LOVE!
