Exchanges

We’ll cover the return postage cost for the items you’re returning, as well as the shipping costs for sending the exchanged items back to you. That’s our Love It Guarantee – we’ll do everything we can to get you the right fit!

Store Credit

If you’re unable to find the right replacement, we will gladly issue store credit for your returned items, and we’ll pay for the return postage.

Refunds

If you choose a refund, we’ll send you a prepaid returns postage label. The return postage cost of $9.50 will be deducted from your refund.

First order? We will happily cover the return postage cost!

Opting for an exchange or store credit? We’ll cover all return postage costs.

Reasonable value

Good value for money-wide straps and good coverage means a comfortable fit even for the larger busted! The bra is very pretty too.

Best bra I worn without under wire so comfortable 😌
