Exchanges

We’ll cover the return postage cost for the items you’re returning, as well as the shipping costs for sending the exchanged items back to you. That’s our Love It Guarantee – we’ll do everything we can to get you the right fit!

Store Credit

If you’re unable to find the right replacement, we will gladly issue store credit for your returned items, and we’ll pay for the return postage.

Refunds

If you choose a refund, we’ll send you a prepaid returns postage label. The return postage cost of $9.50 will be deducted from your refund.

First order? We will happily cover the return postage cost!

Opting for an exchange or store credit? We’ll cover all return postage costs.

I was fitted by Curvy and a number of different bras were recommended but just didn't sit right on my ribs and were uncomfortable. This was totally ok because of their excellent return policy, they really want to find the right bra for you.

Eventually I settled on the Elomi Brianna Underwire Plunge Bra as it was the only underwire bra that I found comfortable enough to wear all day.

I will buy from Curvy again because I know I can try bras and if they aren't right I can return and continue to do this until I find the right one.
