Virtual Fittings. What are they? Why you should want one.

If you've stumbled onto this blog, you're probably thinking; how in the heck does a virtual fitting even work! There's no possible way that's a thing! Well be prepared to have your mind blown! 

Virtual fittings are helpful for a number of reasons, we have customers that live rural and have no access to major shops, customers that may have a hard time leaving their house due to a number of personal and health reasons or you just want to have the convenience and comfort of being in your own home getting a little help with your online shopping. If that's you, this way customers can still access expert advice and help from the comfort of their own home.

Now what is a Virtual Fitting?

It's nothing crazy like a virtual reality world with shops, and dressing rooms (that sounds like something out of the Jetsons)  by virtual we simply mean over the internet. So you would have either a phone, laptop/tablet or a computer that has a camera and can support a video call. 

We like to allow up to 30 minutes per person, this is to ensure there is enough time for you and your fitter to discuss sizing and styles and any questions you may have. After you have booked a time that suits you, you will receive an email with the direct private link, that only you and our fitter are able to access at the time of your appointment. We also have no ability to record any appointments, so feel at ease with complete privacy.
